Bayern's record-breaking goalkeeper Manuel Neuer warmed-up for the clash with Arsenal on Tuesday night with a special three-fingered glove after bruising his hand in training.

Neuer wore the special glove in Friday's 2-0 win at Wolfsburg and pulled off a stunning second-half save to halt Brazil midfielder Diego's curling free-kick.

The Germany shot-stopper wore the glove, allowing him to play with two fingers taped together for stability, after hurting his right hand in training on Thursday and will be in the Bayern goal at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium for Tuesday's last 16, first-leg clash, having yet to concede a goal in 2013.
Neuer has let in just seven goals in the German league this season after 22 matches, a Bundesliga record, and is on course to break the league's record for the fewest goals in a season, when Bayern leaked just 21 in the 2007-08 season.
Neuer is self assured in his ability, and why wouldn't he be?
The Germany No 1 said: 'Sometimes you can say it is boring being in goal but what is important is I am in communication with the defence.
'The secret is that we defend really well as a team, we close down the spaces. If we lose the ball you can see we work hard to get it back, the attackers as well.

'There have been a few games when I haven't needed to have a shower.'
So confident is Neuer, that earlier this month he could even take his eye off the ball in a win over Schalke.
Neuer spent part of the second half with his back to play heading a ball to Thomas Muller.
